The JWoW Board of Directors selects a fundraising theme for the Tea-Off to Good Health event at its annual board meeting in October. The selected theme is derived from information and data provided by senior Jamaican government and health officials who make a presentation at the annual Tee-Off Fore the Health of It state of healthcare address and business development symposium.

This event is done with the support of the Jamaican Ministry of Health and the Embassy of Jamaica.

Once funding themes are announced each year, online applications are posted and available for downloading and submission.
